You\u2019re fooling yourself.<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>You\u2019re telling them how you would have done it, better.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>SO, what actually transmits is condemnation of the way they did it.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Even your sweetest tones, and the aching kindness of your heart,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Cannot counteract the criticism of your words.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Something else goes on too.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>You are also saying that you know the RIGHT way.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Which makes them wrong, after the fact.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>As mild and gooey as you purr the message,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>It is still a scolding for what can\u2019t be corrected.<\/strong><br \/>\n<em><strong>Oh my! Still fooling yourself.<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Kinda like the couple who are 300 miles into a vacation.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Almost there, the wife tells the husband,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8220;You should have turned left out of the driveway to save time.&#8221;<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>What&#8217;s the use of the remark?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>A negative comment on what someone else<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Has already said or done,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Is always poison to their heart,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>And therefore to yours.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Even if pride glows inside<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Because you think you helped them,<\/strong><br \/>\n<em><strong>You\u2019re fooling
