don\u2019t even help.<\/h5>\n<h5>No, it&#8217;s the mind-in-the-brain that keeps running<br \/>\nLike a train on infinite tracks<br \/>\nWith no stops,<br \/>\nNo stations;<br \/>\nWith people hopping on and off,<br \/>\nThings piled on and off,<br \/>\nAnd steam whistle blowing on and off.<\/h5>\n<h5>It speeds along the same old tracks, our train-brain does,<br \/>\nNot even carrying the concept of silence.<\/h5>\n<h5>Whew!<\/h5>\n<h5>So how do we create <em>mind<\/em> plugs?<\/h5>\n<h5>Well, practicing single-minded, focused attention<br \/>\nIs as close as we can get, and that takes a while<br \/>\nTo perfect.<\/h5>\n<h5>In the meantime, keep your lips together,<br \/>\nWatch the train slow down,<br \/>\nWatch peace surface, in your heart,<br \/>\nWatch everything.<br \/>\nAttach
