manipulate.<\/h5>\n<h5>If you&#8217;re thinking that your mind is 100% in charge<br \/>\nOf your body, back up Baby, because it&#8217;s not so.<\/h5>\n<h5>Just try thinking your blood pressure into low.<br \/>\nJust try thinking your heart rate into slow.<br \/>\nJust try thinking your fat into go.<\/h5>\n<h5>Sometimes, it&#8217;s true, you can think your hypothalamus into cooling you down,<br \/>\nBut you&#8217;ll never think your lungs into not breathing.<br \/>\nJust try holding your breath<br \/>\nUntil your body shuts your mind down.<\/h5>\n<h5>You hit the floor,<br \/>\nThen you start breathing while unconscious.<br \/>\nNo mind involved.<\/h5>\n<h5>Bodies are genetically predisposed<br \/>\nTo handle the environment into which they are born.<\/h5>\n<h5>If the mind takes them into a different environment,<br \/>\nThe bodies are like water, able to modify,<br \/>\nGo with the flow, and acclimate.<\/h5>\n<h5>So, if you\u2019re unhappy about the particular body you\u2019ve chosen,<br \/>\nPut on your cowboy hat and do your best to enjoy the ride.<\/h5>\n<h5>It&#8217;s evidently time to learn to change your mind to suit your body.<br \/>\nBecause, you see, there are no accidents.<br \/>\nYou selected this body to be one of your teachers<br \/>\nUntil you graduate.<\/h5>\n<h5>How do you know?<\/h5>\n<h5>You\u2019re not in some other
