Scientific Fact:
Earth rotates on its axis at 1000 mph—you too.
Earth revolves around the Sun at 67,000 mph—you too.
With the Galaxy, Earth travels 490,000 mph—you too.
If you’re short on humility, it’s because you believe the ILLUSION
That you do NOT rotate, revolve or travel.
But, you too, do . . . right along with Mother Earth.
Sunrise, sunset, moon moving through the Stars at night, all ILLUSION.
Basically, egocentricity (believing you are the center of everything)
Is the illusion that usurps humility.
Furthermore,
You and the Earth are moving in three directions at once,
Which creates the illusion that sun rises, sun sets and moon travels.
From your perspective, you perceive that the cosmic objects are moving,
But you are standing still, when exactly the opposite is true.
That’s a serious, DNA imprinted, ILLUSION.
How is humility coming along?
Ok. Then here’s more.
Earth revolves around its axis 365 times during one trip around the Sun.
You call one revolution a “day and night,” and once around the Sun a “year.”
You mark TIME by the stars—but only because you have self-awareness.
That means, outside of your head, time-as-you-know-it does not exist.
Still not on your proverbial knees?
Hunker down, Baby Love.
Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter. The Four Seasons.
They happen because the Earth wobbles on its axis.
Wobble toward the Sun—comes spring and summer.
Wobble away from the Sun—comes fall and winter.
It’s only a 7 inch (+/-) wobble at the poles,
But look at the magnificent changes
The unfelt, unseen, unheard, unsuspected wobble causes.
Why does it wobble? Partly because of the water weight imbalance.
You call this watery, unstable miracle of a planet,
Streaking through space—in three directions at once—
Breaking the sound barrier, going faster than a speeding bullet,
You call this Cosmic Entity “Home Sweet Home.”
And you think you own some of it?
And you think you can buy and sell pieces of it?
Are we getting close to humility?
Your five senses report what they can report.
It is your brain’s Interpretation
Of three dimensional sensory events
That is the ILLUSION.
We all make mental assumptions based on
Less than half the necessary physical perception,
And zero metaphysical perception,
Yet we think we are absolutely accurate.
So accurate, in fact, that some of us
Are willing to die for the honor of their assumptions.
Until our 6th, 7th, and 8th senses evolve
To report unperceived multiple dimensions,
Beyond physical perception,
We know mostly ILLUSION.
And we think we know everything.
TO CHECK HUMILITY:
Might start practicing three magic words,
“I don’t know,”
Until they roll off your tongue
Like the Pure Truth they are.
