Sometimes, religious practices lead to
Contact with the infinite.
However, those practices more often lead to
Dualistic thinking.
But then, while incarnate, almost everything does,
Regardless of spirituality.
The very act of thinking, itself, is a dualistic practice,
Because it is always about something else,
And that makes two.
Silence, in all its names and aspects,
Is the only portal into Infinite Unity, religious or spiritual.
Without Silence,
Stillness of mind, body, and heart,
Is not possible.
In the Deep stillness of
The silent heart and quiet mind,
One may physically experience
Their resident Divinity as
An infinite part of
The Cosmic Divine.
